There are big changes happening at Clio & the Contemporary!

Tiffany Baugh-Helton has stepped down after nearly a year-and-a-half of serving as co-editor. Tiffany, thank you for your many contributions to the site as editor and author.

Mallory Szymanski has come on board as our new co-editor.

Stay tuned! We have a lot of exciting content in the works from a host of new contributors. We are excited to feature a discussion of Christmas films in historical context and three new syllabi on Mexican American history, white backlash, and reproductive justice.

We’re also accepting submissions, so feel free to reach out using the Contact page. We’re especially interested in articles that address current events in historical perspective, syllabi that include recent history, and assignments that use digital tools.
